New Construction Home in SW Hillsdale Custom Designed for the Location with a Challenging Excavation and Stepped Foundation

This newly constructed home in Southwest Hillsdale is not only custom-designed to perfectly fit its unique lot, but it also overcame significant challenges during construction.

The project required the excavation and removal of over 1,000 cubic yards of soil, a task far beyond the typical 100 cubic yards required for an average new home.

This extensive excavation work set the stage for a complex, large stepped concrete foundation, carefully engineered to ensure stability and long-term durability.

Despite these challenges, the final result is a beautifully crafted home that maximizes the lot’s potential, offering exceptional value, design, and a seamless integration with its surroundings.

Basement-to-Living Space Conversion with Laundry Room and Bathroom Addition

This basement conversion at our NE Division residence was expertly designed to create a seamless transition from the original living spaces, maximizing the home's functionality.

Both bathrooms feature custom-designed showers, replacing the outdated fiberglass units with sleek, high-end materials and modern fixtures.

With careful attention to detail, we incorporated contemporary design elements such as elegant tile work, custom-made cabinetry, and lighted mirrors to enhance both aesthetics and functionality.

The old, worn-out tubs were removed to maximize space and improve the overall flow of each bathroom.
